Patent Monitoring

If the patents meet the application conditions after the application is made, they are published in a bulletin. 3rd parties have the right to oppose the patents published within 6 months. If a patent application does not meet the patentability criteria or the form does not meet the requirements, the publication may be opposed. As is known, in order for a Patent Application to be accepted, the invention shall be new, that is, innovation is sought in that technical field all over the world.

Why Patent Monitoring

It provides awareness of innovations in the same sector,

It provides direction for R&D investments,

It ensures that the unfair monopoly right provided by the patent right can be prevented by opposition.
